Our technician, Mikey, is excellent. He is friendly, professional and thorough. However, the office staff is just the opposite. They do not return email or voicemail inquiries. If you do actually get to talk to someone in the office, they come across as unfriendly. If it wasn't for Mikey, we would change companies.
