Technician didn't check anywhere in my home or look for any entry points or seal what he said was an entry points and told me to do it at my own cost. Put two traps in the garage for $270. Could have done the same thing myself for far less money. Took forever to actually schedule an appointment even when I was told my request was marked "urgent" by the two sales reps I talked to.
