I have been very happy with each of your technicians that has come out to my house, originally to treat my hse for the problem I had with carpenter ants and bees. They were very knowledgeable in their job and took the time to explain to me what & why they were doing what they were doing. The techs that came out every couple of months to make sure I didn't have any problems were just as courteous and answered any questions I mite of had. As far as I am concerned you should be very proud of your entire staff, I would have no problem referring your company to anyone looking for a pest control service company. Keep up the good work.
