The termites are gone so the mission was accomplished.

First, the price for the same service was 2000 dollars more than the local termite competitors, despite the local places offering more coverage. There were numerous appointments made that were not kept, even last minute cancellations - not to mention the estimators were late on every appointment. I immediately should have seen that my time was not valued by Terminix.
I paid up front and within less than a month, I'm already receiving bills. I immediately called about the bill and was promised to be contacted by a manager - which of course hasn't happened. Overall, when my year runs out, I will be cancelling service because of the lack of care for my time and the seeming demand for money that is not owed.
