The office personnel are rude and follow-up service requests are treated with disdain. I am disabled and have trouble processing information sometimes and all I get is yelled at by the person on the phone - or I get a call from the owner. I still have a flooded outdoor rat-bait station caked with mud that I asked to be checked 2-3 weeks ago. Apparently, they"re happy to auto-debit your payments but don"t care to follow up on anything you may need, especially if you"re a disabled person.
