We are not happy with the company. We signed up for rodent proofing and maintenance plus insect/pest control over 2 years ago. the first thing they did was locate all entry points and close them. Next they set out traps. This resolved the problem until we discovered mice are getting in the house. We contacted the company and told them of the problem. they sent out a technician who informed my wife that the company should have been coming out and verifying the things they fixed to prevent incursion of the rodents (this has not been done) and set some traps. He said he would inform the office. They have sent people out who have not resolved the issue of incursion. they keep sending out people to look at the traps and set more. the problem with the rodents is not resolved. We are not happy that the company is not resolving the problem.
