Please be informed that the tech. you sent me on Saturday the 8th, at 20404 Shadow Oak Ct. was extremely unprofessional an rude.so I had no choice but to deny him entry into my home, and send him away. He had illegally parked in a reserved parking spot. I respectfully asked him to park in the visitors which was vacant and he refused. When i told him that he could be ticketed and towed, he replied that it was company vehicle it
makes no difference. I insisted he got irate and I sent him away. Please don't ever send that man to my house ever. He was suppose to be there between 12-2pm, he arrived at 2.34pm, with no apologies. Please send me some one responsible in the future. I will appreciate, if it could be done next Saturday. Wendy was supposed to arrange the the inside visit, which she never did I had to call my self. Too many inconsistencies....
