I was never called or scheduled for our annual inspection this year. I called about this and was told they would email me my statement which was never done. So after another week I called again and suggested that maybe they wanted to mail it to me. I then asked about the inspection which we hadn't had yet and they were surprised that we hadn't had the inspection. So then they scheduled Loyd ( who was great to work with) and did finally mail me the statement. They couldn't figure out how we where missed this year! The lower rating has only to do with the administration of my account and nothing to do with Loyd and his actual inspection which was very professional!
