I was impressed with the quick response I received. The large cage was installed on my roof although the raccoons were in my attic. The next day the female raccoon was captured. I was advised that baby raccoons were probably still in my attic, they were right. The following day 2 young raccoons was captured. They rebated the trap. Once I notified them to check out my attic to make sure there were no signs of raccoons. They did a thorough check to put me at ease. I was very satisfied with their service.
