While the technician has a pleasant personality, we do not like the last minute texts asking to complete service THAT day. Frequently the requested days of service are on Mondays, which is the one day I'm not readily available. I'm having to scramble to make sure someone can be there. The technician will show up without me confirming... Which Causes our dogs to make a lot of noise and disrupts our working from home. We will be switching companies soon.
