Wasn’t too pleased. They didn’t call to tell me my tech had gone home for the day. Had to call in twice (after taking time off work) to find out she wasn’t coming at all. Had to ask for them to make it right at which point I was told my next service will be free but I will be canceling the quarterly service plan. Even when the tech arrived she was literally at my place for less than 10 minutes. She didn’t even come to my door to tell me she was finished. Just left a note on my door. Didn’t even spray my kitchen area or the crawl space like I had asked them to. Very bad service. Never will I use them again. Going back to Mosquito Authority.
