Can't catch the rat so they just sealed it in the house I called this morning and was told that they would be out next month.

Hi Joe, I'm very sorry for your frustration and the confusion. We do have a scheduled visit for this month still since we left the interior traps when we were out on 2/7. With the interior rat traps we are still working hard to solve your problem!
