We had great service. Very responsive and showed up on time. The only thing I did not like is if animal is captured after 5 p.m. they do not come out until the next morning. This was explained to me in advance and they did arrive first thing in the morning. I just don't like the animals caged that long. I feel it is cruel to the animal. We had a squirrel and it was pretty beaten up by the next morning trying to escape all night. In addition, other squirrel's were trying to help him escape. I understand they only come out after hours in an emergency and this was not one. I would ask that the policy is reviewed. But an honest company and great with communication. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful.
