This was my first time using the company. I had an emergency A bird had somehow entered my bedroom, and I wanted it out! Home Paramount had someone out in about an hour. He wasn't able to locate the bird inside the house, but he flushed 2 out of the soffit, and we hoped that solved the problem. However the Service Manager, George Nesbitt, gave me his card and told me to call him if I saw any signs of the bird. Well the next day, I heard the bird inside my bedroom. I called Mr. Nesbitt, he responded immediately, and this time he found the bird. Can't believe he actually caught it in his hands, but he did, and then released the bird outside. Since he'd already sealed the house from the outside, I am hopeful that no other birds can get in, and that there are no more trapped in an inaccessible corner of my attic. I happened to find this company in the Yellow Pages, and Ms. Rosalind was concerned and promised to get someone out right away, which she did. George responded right away, and called to let me know his arrival time. I really appreciated that! Price was a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for, and I am very satisfied.
