We had raccoons for a few days then they came out and set a trap, we had them for two more and paid $260 for nothing. We were about to be charged another $95 the next day JUST for some set up. We were not notified ahead of time and they just came up on the roof when family was in the house. We are disappointed for sure-still have the raccoons too.
