My sister and I saw a Terminix truck across the street at a neighbor's house. We called out to the technician , he came over and gave us a card and an information sheet on various options offered . We stated to him that we would call later for a treatment. He came by, he also called again and made an appointment. Austin came, explained what would be accomplished and the end result. He is very knowledgeable, work oriented and a people person. We are more than satisfied with the products offered by Terminix and Austin. He is an asset to Terminix and because of Austin, we will definitely recommend Terminix and Austin to our friends and associates.
