Suburban Pest Control is excellent - professional and responsive, and they really know their stuff. This is not the case with many of the exterminating companies, and we know this for a fact because we speak from experience. Before we found Suburban Pest Control, we had gone with a large, national company for termites, and the previous company missed the fact that the termites were coming from an underground crawl space. Due to their ineptitude, we lost over a year in which termites continued to eat our house. When we switched to Suburban Pest Control, they quickly located the source of the problem, and devised a new course of action to treat it. They are courteous and punctual, and they come back monthly to check the above ground bait stations. Whenever we have called them for help, Ralph is here within a few hours to check everything out and address our concerns. We have been very happy with their service, and only wish that we had gone with them from the start.
