Our service was at 2:30pm & tech showed up at 3:06pm. My wife asked him to spray every room but our room because I just returned home from hip replacement surgery. He said they only do kitchen and bathrooms; and the outside. He complained that Terminx only gives him 20 minutes at each site and 10 minutes to get to his next site. My wife said the tech was lazier than Lazy Larry from "The Amazing World of Gumball". My wife contacted Terminx and complained. She was told she was supposed to ask the tech for what she needed. My wife asked what was the purpose of the initial assessment. My wife stated she has NEVER worked in pest control so how would she know what to ask for and she asked what was the purpose for the assessment? We have another tech coming out on Monday. I would rate service at zero but that's not an option. Will post another review after Monday's service.
