We are very happy with the service we receive in relationship to the technicians. They are always courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough in when they service our home. However, we are not pleased with the increases in the cost of our services over the past 3 years. Rates are increased without our knowledge (or the technician's). We understand that related prices, such as gas, increase. That being said, our rates do not decrease when gas prices go down, as they have recently. If our rates are increased on a regular basis, we would like assurance that the people who make your business successful (your technicians), are also rewarded through these significant hikes in our bills.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us feedback. I apologize that you were not informed. Unfortunately, it isn't only gas, it's inflation that has hit every industry. There are many factors such as chemical costs, labor, etc. We appreciate your continued support and if there's anything else that we can be of assistance with, please let us know.
