The technician, Ariana, was very nice and performed her work of checking the bait stations and even repairing several in a timely and efficient manner. I do see on the inspection report that it appears to say that a crawl inspection was performed and an annual tag was placed. But, the technician did not perform a crawlspace inspection and even told me at the beginning of her inspection that a crawl space inspection was not going to be performed at this time.
