This rating is based on the lack of results. Personnel was friendly and professional, they simply were unable to catch the Armadillos that were active during part of their 'trapping session'. As a result, money has been spent, no results have been realized nor has any options or suggestions been offered. We have the exact same problem we had before hiring Nuisance Wildlife Rangers.
