First time users here and we are very pleased so far. Jonathan was very courteous and friendly and answered all our questions with thoughtfulness and consideration. Since we just had the treatment yesterday, we will wait until more time has passed for that 5th star. We were also pleased with interaction on the phone with Vickie in the office. She was fun to talk to and promoted her team, which I appreciate and I'm sure Jonathan does as well.
