Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

My pest control technician is a true godsend. Had one prior to ayden that spent about two minutes and left. Aydan is thorough, polite, efficient, and goes out of his way to do whatever needs to be done. Thank you truly nolen for hiring him and allowing us to benefit from his professionalism. Kudos to Truly Nolan. CJ and his assistant arrived within the agreed time.
They were very professional and answered questioned asked in knowledgeable fashion.
Affected area was treated and left area clean after treatment.

My case was closed to to lack of evidence when Truly Nolan failed to touch base, despite me begging them to and even sending copies of the email where I'd been told my case was dated and would close if Truly Nolan didn't diagnose us. I believe it closed around the end of October to the beginning of November and by that time I'd offered to take a picture of the problem myself, but was told it had to come from a "Licensed Exterminator."
Afterwards it took me a while to summon up the courage to try to get a second opinion.
I had people telling me that I needed to call around to find someone who would give an unbiased opinion of what was happening at our house.
Questioning my sanity at that time, I'd started putting Vaseline around the bed at night and collecting specimens every morning as they got trapped in the Vaseline trying to get to us.
When i summoned the courage to make the calls, i refused to tell the people who inspected my home what kind of bugs we were dealing with or even if we had any bugs at all, because I wanted an unbiased diagnosis. Both times I explained what I'd already been through with both Truly Nolan and Mule Mountain pest, from the initial misdiagnosis from Truly Nolan to Mule Mountain blowing us off, to a second person from Truly Nolan failing to touch base in a timely fashion resulting in our case being closed.
The Exterminators shook their heads as I explained this.
They tore my bed apart, investigating the whole house, and instead of saying we had No Bedbugs, they said, I'm not seeing any Bedbugs but I am seeing a lot of fleas. They even took some of my many bags of specimens to look at under a microscope and came back with fleas because I'd caught several larvae which helped in diagnosing them.
You can't imagine what a relief it was to learn I wasn't crazy after all, since both Truly Nolan and Mule Mountain Pest Control left me thinking I was.
All I wanted was a diagnosis from either company but I guess that was too much to ask.

On my first review, i gave our Pest Professional (Jon Strickland) a 5-star rating and Service was given a 4 star because this was the first time we received the service, and I withheld a star until I saw results of the service. We see results.
We have only seen dead pests over the past month. We are feeling much better about the high quality service that Jon and Truly Nolen provide.

Tim Peoples came out to our school, American Leadership Academy, and got rid of our pest problems swiftly and safely. Whenever we have troubles we know to call him. He is reliable, truthful, and he has all good intensions for our school. Tim Peoples is an excellent worker while being dependable and honest.
