I left a detailed message with your manager concerning your personnel promised service and lied about my service person being available. I later heard he was on vacation my service person is wonderful. Your staff misrepresented someone will be available and that was erroneous information. My husband wanted to change companies but I like my service person. I also had to call four (4) times and no one called me back. I never asked for a discount (as you advertise) your just need to hire competent staff.
