I am not happy with the last inspection at my house or my daughter's house. We both have the black box rat traps throughout our yards. I should not have had to walk and show the technician where they were located. With leaves in the yard, he should have searched for them. When Dennis Luck and Quinton were the technicians, I had no problems. I would rather have Dennis service our homes. I feel I have paid for services that were not completely taken care of. Customers should not have to show technician what and where to look. A diagram should be available in the file as to where the boxes are located. Not a happy customer right now.
