While I am pleased with the overall service I have received for the past year, I am confused by the lack of a standardized process regarding treatment. More specifically, each service technician will either treat or not treat the individual areas of my property.
Arriving from Georgia, the Terminix technicians' execution of their duties were uniform and thorough in addressing all of the areas which could serve as points of ingress to pests.
Please provide clarification on more standardized procedures.
