Cory Brown and Steve (the technician) were extremely helpful and not overbearing in the sense of going on an on ... they gave me detailed information that I needed, they stopped talking when I said I understood (I am a NC licensed general contractor) and they both were able to arrive earlier (with my notification and approval), at this point in my first quarter of service, I could not be happier.
