I'm happy with your technicians but there seems to be a communication issue. I received an email a couple weeks ago that I was scheduled "tomorrow" which was a Friday. I was never told ahead of time. So I called the next day and set up my yearly termite inspection for Aug 8th. When Brice came, he didn't know anything about the inspection and was there to add more bait traps around my shed (which is true). He said my inspection was done a couple weeks ago. It wasn't and I received no information left saying it was inspected. I looked up my account on-line and the last visit was Aug 2019. So basically, I paid $280 for service I almost never received. Brice wasn't too happy but I don't blame him for the misinformation and added work. I want to make sure future appointments are communicated to me ahead of time so that I have time to make arrangements, which will usually be on a Saturday. Thank you.
