The technician I have requested time and again, Eric, is very good, as are some of the other technicians. However, one fellow who came out to see where the mice were getting in wouldn't pick up a dead mouse. Ridiculous. Also, the bid for redoing my attic insulation, I don't think that is where the mice are entering, was ridiculously high--thousands of dollars.
