Dan was the very best technician I have ever had from Robin Aire. He was courteous and honest, and is the only technician who actually gave me a full report on the status of my furnace and it's parts: Heat exchanger, carbon monoxide detector, and several other parts by name. Even though my furnace os older, he gave it a clean bill of health and made me feel confident about it. He told me I did have the filter in backwards and took time to demonstrate the correct way.
