Review for latest service. Something came up and we were not home when the tech arrived. We were home within 10 minutes of when tech was supposed to have arrived. Paperwork said tech was on site for 45 minutes, definitely not, we were home within 15 minutes of arrival time on paperwork and tech was long gone. Inside inspection not done, even though it said the inside inspection was done 30 minutes after we got back. Bogus paperwork being done and not getting the services we are paying for.
