This company is a joke. I made an appointment via phone and I took my work off because they told me to be home from 1pm to 4pm on the day of appointment. No one showed up. I called the company to complain, and I was told that my appointment wasn"t set up and neither my information was in their system.
I even called around 2pm to make sure a technician was coming for sure and some very unfriendly lady told me to just wait until someone shows up.
Very unprofessional.
Not recommended.
