The team was short the number of men requested to complete the job in one day, so it went into the entire morning on Saturday. There were areas that were not sealed correctly and follow up work was needed. I was sold a “smoke test” and paid for this service in my package but never had this completed. My work was scheduled for sanitation on a Friday and the man showed up and said could not be done since all the machines were checked out when he got there. This was rescheduled for Wednesday and on that day, no call no show from the person who was supposed to complete this…when I was contacted they asked if I could do it a week later. No I have a job and can’t keep calling out for work to be completed and not when it is scheduled. To top it off, I was improperly charged a monthly service fee and three weeks later, and three confirmations that I am to get this refund later, I still have not seen the money. It’s quite incredible how poorly run the Tampa facility is run.
