Engaged services for pest control in attic and insulation work in HVAC closet. Job was to entail 5-6 techs to do attic but in fact was only two techs (only one in attic and one outside manning equipment), Sales Supervisor unable to come on site due to family illness, as homeowners we paid for materials and did the work site prep to save time and ensure protection of belongings and property, insulation for HVAC room was discussed as being foam board insulation but instead they put spray foam insulation (fine but not what was told to anticipate), Sales Supervisor said baffles in attic would be replaced but instead I had to ask tech to do so, job stalled due to lack of man power and I had to call to request they send more people to help and inspect before job completion, no description of attic replacement insulation other than RD value, determination was that they could find no breach points . An assistant Manager did come by “Brian” who said he would come by and do another round of inspection and even utilize a drone….heard nothing from him. I am feeling like I had to be Project Manager for whole job and that the job might not have been completed to highest level due to the lack of manpower…expensive lesson learned…get more estimates and do more research - Catherine M.
