Home Paramount office customer service and external termite bait trap maintenance is poor. I am sure the lids were not removed; also, it is nearly impossible to get customer service to change their records for weekday preference. AND there is no mechanism to reply to the automated phone call reminder call that states "tomorrow you are getting serviced". Most modern appointment reminder services allow for text messaging or return call system where you can respond Y or N. Having to contact the office during business hours to cancel and reschedule in time, for people with busy days and long commutes does not work. This is the first year an inspector actually made contact with us since 2010.
