The worst experience I EVER had with any company. I had an appointment to get plugs June 29th, charged $600 on the 30th & found out mid July from a friend that the plugs were never put in. Although they were put in after contacting Pest Bear, the fact that I was lied to & also given dead sod is unacceptable. This is the worst company EVER. You can ignore this if you want to, but your D+ rating with the BBB has been posted on Facebook & Instagram. Also, Curtis Phillips is a horrible person. He ignored my texts and the only way I was able to speak with him was because I called from a different number and he still did nothing to help me, I had to call the company myself. Not a good look for your company. He was definitely trying to avoid me even though he said I could reach him anytime when I signed up. I will continue to tell EVERYONE not to do business with this company.
