Keith Reynolds, Tech # 1850 came to our home for monthly service. He was professional, pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable. I had an additional request for him to check under our house to see if the noise I heard was from critters. He stated that if something was found, he would not go in to get it, he would have to call pest control (I believe that was the office name). Happily for both of us, there were none. He informed me that because of the rain, it was probably the suction of the pump. Also, he informed me if I had any further concerns to contact the office to schedule an appointment. Relieved.
