I made an appointment for my annual termite inspection by calling your office number for 2:30 on 11/18. I told your customer service rep that I would not be home until 2:00. When I arrived at 2:04, I found a card from your technician on my door. I called him and learned that he had been told that the appointment was at 11:30. He apologized and said that he would get my interior inspection rescheduled. I have not heard from anyone to reschedule yet. This is NOT the technician's fault. However, this has happened several times previously. These mistakes are quite inefficient and the extra cost is surely passed on to customers.
