This was my second scheduled appointment with Terrell. Both times Terrell was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable of his work. I must say I didn't expect immediate results as Terrell plugged areas that mice could have possibly gotten in and placed traps in unexpected areas. I saw very few droppings and after several days a dead mouse that had stumbled onto my carpet. I am without a doubt very pleased with Terrell's work and your Company. Thank you!
