While I will continue to use your termite service, I'm underwhelmed by the quarterly bug treatment. This is the third time someone has come out and each time they are here for less than 5 minutes. They will use a basic granule spread around the house, but they only cover a 1/3 of the house. Also, they state that they will clean cobwebs from windows, but they don't do this either. We have the same amount of bugs as we did last year. I'll be cancelling this service.
