The experience from the initial phone call to the first visit from Todd was very easy, and they turned around the visit very quickly...next day quickly. We have renters in our place and Todd was very professional and handled everything on the first visit for the rodent control package as well as he possibly could. We look forward to the follow-ups, but we've already seen results after only a week.
