Maurice was excellent! He has come to our home twice now to look at our HVAC system and both times he was friendly, called prior to his arrival as promised (this has not always been the case with other technicians), helped explain the issue that was happening in a way that I could understand and was quick to resolve the problem. Overall, I was very pleased and it was a great experience.
