Came across Art by chance when we had an emergency, and his work was so terrific that we canceled the annual contract with our "big biz" exterminator company -- who always sent a different person unfamiliar with our property and who could never answer any question or propose a solution to a particular problem (well, with the exception of what their contract didn't cover!). Art must stay up at night reading entomology books; he knows everything, and, should he not, he will research it and get back to you with a proposed solution. He is on time, every time, and meticulous in his work, courteous in his manner, and very professional. Our house abuts a heavily wooded area, so we see all kinds of strange stuff -- and Art is able to handle it all. He is one of the best contractors -- in any area -- with whom we've ever dealt.
