It took a week to get to me, which was fine as I understand they might have been busy. The woman who came out has been here before and I really appreciate her knowledge and the care she takes. My stars above do not reflect her performance but rather the performance of the person on the phone when I had to call the next day.

It turns out I had carpenter ants and the first tech did not have the time to 'dust' under the home (it is a manufactured home). I was in the room when she called the office and was told someone would come out at 11 am the next day. She sprayed the perimeter and the inside and left. Again, I appreciate her professionalism.

When no one showed up the next day at 11, I called the office. I was told by the person who answered the phone that the person 'left a voicemail'. That was a lie as I was standing right next to her when she phoned the office to find out when someone else could finish the job and she was having a conversation, not 'leaving a voicemail'. Now, I am told that someone will be out tomorrow at 3. No one called to ask me if this was convenient or to check with me in any way. As mentioned, I was there when my tech called in and was told someone would be out today at 11. When I told the person on the line that my tech did not leave a voicemail but spoke to someone, I got an attitude and a 'they will be out tomorrow at 3 pm'.

I already paid for the entire service and I wonder what runaround I will get tomorrow. My tech would have gotten 5 stars if this review was just about her. However, it was about the lack of professionalism and expertise I encountered when I phone the office for follow-up on an already paid for service.

I appreciated Cody's when the same tech was out to the house for sugar ants a few years ago but, now, I would not recommend them again. I don't appreciate lying in business to suit your purposes and treating the customer like they are wrong in some way.
