Many times I have asked to be notified before the technician arrives to service our home. The company evidently does not find it important to satisfy my requests. This is the last time I will ask. If you are unable to notify me the day before the technician shows up I will no longer use Paramount Home to protect our property. Notify me by email, text, or phone call.
I do not have any complaints concerning the service technician.
