First of all we have never received the electronic contract we signed with Terminix though we have asked for it several times and been assured it will be sent. Also Bell Cow came and closed up any holes that might possible be allowing wildlife to enter our house. Terminix was suppose to return to finish the job. No one from the company called us in regard to that but someone called today from Terminix requesting the rest of the payment due which I declined to do as the job is not complete.
