Technicians typically provide great service when they arrive. However, the communication around our visits is pretty awful. We regularly have visits scheduled for us without any notification allowing us to choose the day or time for the visit. Unless we call to proactively schedule a visit, I'll get a call 10-15 minutes before the technician shows up for a visit I had no idea was scheduled.

When I schedule a visit, the technicians are usually on time within the window, and the visit goes smoothly, but the communication around proactively scheduling visits in the first place from the main office could definitely use some work. It's not acceptable for a time for our visit to be chosen at random without any notification to your customer, and this has been happening regularly over the course of the last year.
