As a long time customer of Terminix Virginia Beach, I have to give a shout out to an exceptional tech Fred and his manager Dave. We have this service for a reason and fortunately Fred was able to identify and fix my sump pump and dehumidifier issues. He is both professional and personable. Always on time and knows what he is doing. His manager Dave has also been helpful and worked to get my issues addressed working toward a successful solution. Thankful for Jessica to get my visits scheduled. This is a good working team. Thank you for getting to me despite the holiday breaks. Still miss Andre but the current team is keeping up with my needs and expectations.
