I am however concerned about changes in procedures I have noticed. I no longer receive phone notifications that a technician will be coming to my home. No report is given by the service person. The online statement contains no information as to the findings.

In September, despite being at home on the date of service shown online, I have no knowledge of a technician being at my home or what his findings were. The email I sent you concerning this received no response.

In the future, I would appreciate notice of the visit and a report of results. Thank you.
