my technician, joe , was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. he was willing to explain what he thought my problem was and how best to solve it. he was very professional in his demeanor and interactions. i would gladly have him back to perform exterminator-related services. kudos to bramen and joe!!!!
